Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Transfer to Arusha. Safari briefing dinner.
Day 2 — Tarangire National Park
Game drive among Tarangire’s famous elephant herds and ancient baobabs. Overnight at Tarangire tented camp.
Day 3 — Lake Manyara National Park
Tree-climbing lions, flamingo flocks, and groundwater forest. Evening at Lake Manyara lodge.
Day 4 — Ngorongoro Crater
Full day descent into Ngorongoro — Big Five, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. Crater rim lodge.
Days 5 & 6 — Serengeti National Park
Two full days following the Great Migration. Lion, cheetah, leopard, and wild dog. Luxury Serengeti tented camp.
Day 7 — Fly to Ruaha National Park
Charter flight from Serengeti to Ruaha. Afternoon game drive along the Great Ruaha River. Ruaha bush lodge.
Day 8 — Ruaha National Park
Full day in Ruaha — lions, elephants, sable antelope, and optional walking safari with armed ranger.
Day 9 — Fly to Nyerere National Park
Flight to Nyerere. Afternoon boat safari on the Rufiji River. Riverbank camp overnight.
Day 10 — Nyerere & Fly to Zanzibar
Morning game drive in Nyerere, then flight to Zanzibar. Afternoon beach arrival. Boutique island hotel.
Days 11 & 12 — Zanzibar Island
Stone Town, Mnemba Atoll diving, dolphins, spice tour, sunset dhow cruise. Depart from Zanzibar International Airport.
